Rent Our Space

Our building is available for community use and special events. Whether you’re planning a wedding, celebration of life, meeting, or a special gathering, Stratford Christian Reformed Church offers a variety of spaces to suit your needs.

With a sanctuary, gymnasium, classrooms, kitchen, and nursery, our space is perfect for both formal and casual events. We provide accessible facilities, sound and tech support, and a welcoming environment for your gathering.

Available Spaces

Sanctuary

  • Seats up to 350 guests

  • Equipped with sound system and multimedia support

  • Ideal for weddings, memorial services, or large gatherings

Fellowship Hall

  • Flexible space for receptions, standing gatherings, or seated events

  • Round or rectangular tables available, not including setup

  • Built-in sound system and projector for presentations or speeches

  • Access to the kitchen and nearby hallway for catering and refreshments

Gymnasium

  • Open space suitable for sports, large activities, or supplemental event space

  • Can be used alongside the Fellowship Hall for receptions or community events (e.g., games or activities after a meal)

  • Equipped with sound system for announcements or music

  • Access to the kitchen and side hallway for catering and event flow

Classrooms & Meeting Rooms

  • Perfect for small group meetings, workshops, or breakout sessions

Full Kitchen

  • Fully equipped prep area with appliances and counters for catering

  • Accessible from Fellowship Hall, Gymnasium, and side hallway

Nursery (Optional Add-on)

  • Available for events requiring childcare

Accessibility & Support

  • Wheelchair-accessible entrances and washrooms

  • On-site tech staff required for all audio/visual equipment usage (fees outlined in application)

  • Nursery available for events upon request (not staffed)

How to Rent

All rentals are coordinated through our church office. Depending on your event, rental approval may require completing our [Rental Application] and reviewing our [Rental Policy].
